Returns Procedure

We hope that you will be enchanted with your purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied, please notify us at sales@wildfeather.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and return the goods ensuring you have proof of postage and the goods are unused and in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (of receiving your goods) we will issue you an exchange or refund.

Wild Feather cannot accept responsibly for items that do not reach us if proof of postage has been obtained.

Free returns service for UK ONLY

You can return goods to us via the Post Office to:

42 Holloway Road, Heybridge Maldon Essex CM9 4SQ

The parcel should contain:

  • The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
  • Your original delivery note with the returns section fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting and receipt for us to be able to refund. Please allow at least two days for your goods to reach us.

You should allow 10 days to receive your refund once goods are received

back at Wild Feather.

Goods can still be returned at cost to you via your preferred delivery service provider.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns from Europe and Rest of World

You can return items, but it will be at your own cost, please notify Wild Feather first by email, to receive confirmation.  A refund will be made once items have been received back.
